Photoshoot from CMS
Just got the DVD from the photo shoot I did last month while taking a hairstyling class at Cinema Makeup School. We had to do one clean classic beauty look (hair and makeup) and then one high-fashion look. They booked too many models, so I had 2 different models to work with. The first model got the more clean beauty look while on the 2nd model, I got to have a little more fun with colors.

Viva Disney!
Another successful and fun overnight shoot w/the folks at Disney! I was all bundled up for the cold, but it didn't turn out to be that bad at all.
The campaign was for a night out on the down in Downtown Disney. We shot it right outside House of Blues and even had celebrity stylist put together the model's wardrobes.
The shots were centered around a group of young friends going out, with the main focus on one particular model who was dressed up in a "Minnie" theme. Her red leather jacket and polka dot skirt was adorable!

Feb. stuff
Feb came and went by so fast! Just wanted to give a quick update on the things I worked on this past month.
Valentine's day weekend, I worked on a wedding campaign for Disney. It was a pretty hectic 2 days. It was definitely a challenge but I still loved every minute of it and had a blast! The theme was perfect for V-day too =) They used real couples for the shoot...well, w/the exception of one couple ...who just met that day =P
Later on in the month, I had the privilege of working on my first music video for new artist Priscilla Ahn. Her single "Vibe So Hot" was really good! She's a super talented artist. You can check her out on youtube.
Here's a few behind-the-scenes photos from the shoot.

Photo Shoot w/Tom Kim and Model Misty Rose
Another successful and fun shoot in downtown LA today! Beauty was NOT the topic of this theme, the photographer wanted to go for more of an underground reality type feel..
We actually went around the city looking for homeless people to photograph with but didn't find any that were "suitable". The model was very outgoing and friendly. She was up for just about anything, very easy to work with and we all had a lot of fun!
This was my first time doing bruise and dirt makeup...it was interesting because I could be as sloppy as I want and not care if the liner isn't perfect or if the eyeshadow had some fall out.
I didn't have to use any special makeup, just a few different eyeshadow colors for the bruise and darker foundation with dark loose powder for the dirt effect.

Photoshoot with Photographer D.W. Kim and Model Iris Rocha
Just finished one of my first Beauty/Glamour photoshoots last night. It was a small little group, just me, the photog, model, and her escort. The photog actually does jewelry photography full time, but wanted to take some beauty shots for fun. He took over 600 photos and gave them all to me! It took a while to sort through all of them, but I think everyone did a great job considering how we are all fairly new to this.
The model, Iris, is actually a full time RN ~! Imagine having her take your temperature!
Makeup that I used for the shoot:
- Graftobian HD foundation
- NYX shadow pencils and eyeshadow
- Face Atelier eyeshadow pencil
- Graftobian eyeliner pencil
- Bobby Brown bronzer
- La Femme Blush
- Smashbox lip palette
- NYX finishing powder
